Mai Tunes: Pro Stars Theme Song

I’m in a sporting mood this morning. Partially because I’m going to the playoffs in my Fantasy Football league, partially because it was kind of the lead story in last night’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and because random pictures of Bo Jackson popped up over the weekend.

With that rare sporting energy surging through my blood, I decided to channel it into today’s Mai Tunes which features a somewhat favorite from my childhood, Pro Stars. Pro Stars stars (Sorry) 3 major athlete from the early 90s, Michael Jordan (basketball), Bo Jackson (Football/baseball) and Wayne Gretsky (hockey) as a sort of superhero team.

Distance and age have not been kind to this show in my eyes, but it still has a pretty cool theme/intro (Which intercuts actual footage from their games) so check it out below:
