Hmm I have to go with Bane and whatever Bruce’s dad in Hulk was trying to be. Was he Absorbing Man or something?
Hands down Ghost Rider or Daredevil.
Though Logan’s Origins movie was pretty bad. The parts with Logan’s family were great, Sabertooth even, but the mish-mash of irrelevant characters (including Deadpool and Gambit) really killed it for me.
But Daredevil and Ghost Rider take the cake, as well as Freeze.
