There’s adaptions and then there’s TaleSpin.
I recently checked out The Jungle Book (2016) and it reminded me of the fact that this animated series is loosely (and I do mean loosely) based on that world and characters. Now, outside of the animals sharing names, the two properties don’t have much in common, but just a fascinating experience all around. Check out the first part of the pilot below.
