Horror Hangover 2013
Welcome back to our favorite time of the year on the site, Horror Hangover. Our month long Halloween and horror themed content.
It’s been a year so what does that mean?
1)All 151 Proof Movies for the month will be horror-themed/based. And this year as a special treat and to mix it up, we’re doing Troma Team releases. Thus far, we know that Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead and Toxic Avengers will be on our list. Working on the other 1-2 movies. And much like Street Fighter: The Movie, we’re going to try our best to get one or two of those to be Social Viewing Parties!
2)Movies, movies and more movies. While this will not be a daily feature, we have several folks on-board to review horror films including Trent who shall be taking a break from his “Ask A Dork” segment this month to review horror films! Also James shall be joining us throughout the month to hopefully talk video game horror movies.
3)Podcasts, podcasts, podcasts. Nerds on the Rocks will be doing a Halloween-themed podcast near the end of the month. We are currently in the planning stages of mini-comic podcast focused on some popular horror themed comics. Gaming may be a bit more difficult since we’re going to be focus on the transition into the next-gen for most of the month, but we shall see!
4)Entertainment. We shall be posting Halloween songs, Halloween specials and more throughout the month because sharing is caring!
5)The rest. We can’t predict what will happen throughout the month, but we will do our best to provide a diverse Halloween line-up for you.
