Hot-cakes for when your hot-takes aren’t too large!
The Lethal Weapon TV show proves while buddy cop movies are a rarity, they come more than a dime-a-dozen on TV. In recent years, we’ve had Almost Human, Minority Report, Limitless, Elementary, Mental, Bones, Sleepy Hollow, Lucifer, Rush Hour and the list goes on and on. Hence, the premise really doesn’t seem novel, and then there’s the giant problematic element.
More to the point though, someone had to figure out that a show that champions reckless behavior in the police force isn’t the best play in 2016. We’re just waiting for the eventual backlash!
